Clive Houlder specialises in supplying wild mushrooms, fruit, vegetables, meat and deli products to the local catering trade, supplying restaurants, pubs and cafes, as well as both North Norfolk's Michelin starred restaurants Morston Hall (Morston) and The Neptune (Old Hunstanton)

We buy overnight on Wednesdays for delivery on Thursdays, fresh from the Covent Garden and Smithfield markets and using local produce, in particular wild mushrooms personally harvested by Clive when in season, ensuring that all produce typically has a field to table time of a maximum of 2 days.

We can deliver to all establishments within a 30 mile radius
of NR21 9LH.

Clive Houlder has contributed to TV productions such as ‘Rhodes Around Britain’ and has appeared with Hugh Fearnley-Whittinstall in ‘Cook on the Wild Side' as well as with Rick Stein as one of his Food Heroes.
